When is the last postal date for Christmas delivery?
Last posting date for Christmas by standard Second Class post is the 18th of December (but we recommend allowing a few more days) & for Special Delivery is the 23rd of December. We will be dispatching same/next working day as usual.
How do I pay for my order?
We use 2 payment providers:
ClearPay - Process card payments securely on our behalf.
PayPal - One of the best known payment services.
How is my order Delivered?
Orders placed before Midday will dispatch the same working day. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £35 & costs only £3.50 on smaller orders. They are dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class post which usually takes 2-3 days. There is an option during checkout to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery if you are in a rush. Can I return or exchange an item?
Extended returns for Christmas - all orders placed directly with us from November onwards can be returned up until the 15th of January.
Returns - If you are in anyway unhappy with your order please contact us ASAP to authorise a return. Refunds will be made as soon as we receive the goods back in their original unworn condition. We absolutely cannot accept the return of earrings that have been worn.
Exchanges - we will exchange items, but there will be a £3.50 postage charge for re-sending any item that isn't a fault on our part. Custom items are excluded from these terms.
I would like to send a gift directly to the recipient, is this possible?
Yes! - Just put the recipients address in as the delivery address during checkout, tick 'Send as a Gift' which means no prices will be included with the gift. Gift wrapping is also available for a small charge, so tick this option, add your message in the gift message box during checkout and we will wrap the item(s) and send you a quick photo of the wrapped jewellery so you can see that it was nicely wrapped.
I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
Discounts - From time to time we have special offers that require a special code to activate - we also offer exclusive discounts to our email subscribers so it is definitely worth signing up! If you are can't see where to enter a code click here for an example.
I've broken my jewellery, can it be repaired?
We offer a guarantee on our jewellery against faults but not against misuse. We will endeavour to remedy any issue up to & including free re-stringing due to accidental damage please contact us to discuss.
I really like a piece of your jewellery, is it possible to have it made as a custom length/size for me?
Yes, we can make reasonable size changes to our necklaces & bracelets for you, please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements & to check if there will be a cost implication. Custom items can't be exchanged or returned unless there is a fault with the jewellery.
How do I care for my Ronin Jewellery?
Many gemstones have taken millions of years to form so it is not surprising they appreciate a little care! We recommend cleaning the silver-plated components of your jewellery with a silver polishing cloth, avoiding the gemstones as much as possible. Use a barely damp cloth to clean the gemstones.
